Do I need 7th year H1 extension while I-485 pending?
My H1 visa will expire on July 31. I filed I-485 November, 2001 and got EAD on January, 2002. Do I still need to file 7th year H1 extension while I-485 pending? Could anyone provide information about documentation for H1 visa extension. Thanks in advance!- KKL
