Chicago NON-RIR processing times. I noticed that Chicago NON-RIR processing times on labor Department website(http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp?) is Aug, 2003, while in this website Immigartion.com, it is Aug, 2002. which one is correct? Anybody got approved for NON-RIR...- smartsunny
