AP - approved & mailed - how long before I get it? Guys, My AP was approved and mailed on Dec 10, 2002 from NSC as per the online status. How long does it take. My trip is very close. I would like to hear from anybody who experienced this in recent times.

thomas, here is the url for processing times in CA, http://www.immigration.com/processing-times/ca.html scroll down and look for - I 131 for Advance Parole If nothing works you should go to the local INS with all the documents. Make sure you get there about 6:30am.

Thomas, Call them back bud. Keep trying until you find someone who is not trying to get rid of you. You should find someone who is more listening and is willing to help. Make sure you identify their voices when they answer and also dont tell them that you called before or spoke to someone...

Call INS Here is what I tried. I am not sure if I got approved but it definately moved my file. Still waiting to recieve in the mail. I filed for AP in october(RD:10/25/02). I kept checking the online status and it always said that it was being processed and it takes about 60 -140 days...
