I asked my lawer, she said I still can reenter the US border without visa as long as my H1-B status is valid and the trip is less than 30 days.

The RFE asks for my last 2 years W2, latest paystub and my current address verification.

Today I check the INS link, It says they recieved my RFE response, and the remaining processing time for this stage of your case is approximately 90 days. Anyone has idea how long it might take afterwards? Thanks
