h4 to h1...please advise
Hi All, I am in a dilemma whether to visit India or not.? I came here on h4(STAMPED in passport).....then got h1 in may2002(NOT STAMPED)...... ve not yet worked.... & now ve to visit India to attend sisters marriage.I ve following doubts... 1.Can i come back on h4 visa & still i will be able...- imanisha
