    Yes, the name change can cause the delay. You need to wait a special Oath ceremony with the judge. Sometimes it takes several months.

    I would say it's not normal. 11 days should be enough for any mail. Probably your interview letter is lost in mail, or has not been sent. Try to find out your interview date by calling them or go for Infopass. Good luck.

    I would mention about this address during an interview and explain that it was a temporary address -so it's why you forgot about it in n400.
