A small hope for waiting 140/485 concurrent filers!!
180 days rule? They say, 180 days after filing your 485..you can work for ANY employer with your EAD. Now with this concurrent filing ..is this still valid. Is it 180 days after we filed for 485 ? OR 180 days after I-140 gets approved. I filed my 485 on 09/20/2002 and my 1-140 was filed...- Rob782
