I recently got my H1B extended, and the 797 has my name printed wrong on it. How long does it usually take for getting the name corrected on I-797 at the Nebraska service center? Thank you- bgravi

H-1 revalidation tracker in St.Louis/Washington
What should the "comprehensive letter" from the employer contain? Is it ok if it just states that the visa holder is employed from so and so date and draws xxx salary or is anything else required? Thanks- bgravi

H1B Stamping at Dept of state visa office
Has anyone tried getting their H1B visa stamped at the Dept of State visa office by sending it to their St Louis, MO office? My visa has expired in sept, and I need to get a new visa.
