I informed the USCIS of job change when replying to RFE.
Sent letter from new employer and new employers pay stubs.
Did not change lawyers although was not happy with original lawyer, all are the same.
Let me know if you need any more...
Finally approved. AC21 Case.
Relief rather than exhilaration.

still hanging in there, i am kind of getting good at just hanging
any way thanks for your supporting words
only people who have been in this twilight zone can understand what one goes through !!! it does feel trivial to others,
you try not to make this thing...
Any one with experience with Missouri Senators or Congressmen
who are helpful ?
I have tried contacting Senators Jim Talent and Kit Bond but it seems a waste of time.
Despondent
Its good to hear from you
I am kind of convinced that being from a SR country I`ll be the last one to get approved if at all, I am beginning to have serious doubts about this whole process as I am now two years post my RD and not even a RFE as yet.
3rd EAD approval
Here goes !!!
boxerbhai :
RD/ND 01/13/04 for 3rd EAD
Approval for 3rd EAD as per online message 02/25/04
Dear :
Yes I did apply online and sent supporting documents by mail.
Looking at this forum most of the people who got approved fairly quickly, received RFE within range of 20 to 22 months of RD.If any one did not get RFE within this time frame, approval tends to get delayed.
This is just my observation.
Any thoughts ?
