EADs are no use if i-140 is pending Meow_Meow The only advantage in this case is, EAD protects the legal status if H1 is expired. I don't think, we can use AC21 portability with EAD's when I-140 is still pending. Sneha999

Cheekoo, I read some where , if i-140 is denied , 485 will be denied automatically and the money/time which we/company spent on 485 will be useless. That's why I feel i-140 is more important to be approved for us to proceed forward with confidently. Sneha
