Hi guys, My LC is approved. Can I file I-140 and EAD concurrently instead of I-485? Because my H1 expires in 45 days not only that I have to get my birth certificate and other documents from India, probably it would take atleast 3 weeks from now to get these documents. Thanks...- nemmeli
