cpDelhi, As I indicated in my previous post, p3 was 'created' on December 16. NVC couldn't give the exact date when it was sent. One operator said it will be sent later that week, other said it will be sent in 2-3 days, but no exact date.

cpDehli, In my wife's case NVC created P3: Dec 16 Lawyer received P3: Dec 27 Hopefully you will get yours this week. Delay might be due to holidays.

Hello krishnatrk & hate_tsc, Were you required to send DS 2001 form to NVC with pkt 3 ? Or just DS 230 part I ?

cpDelhi, If your wife's name was on your I-140 application, chances are you will receive 2 bills. If you do, call NVC immediately and do as they direct you to. Most likely they will tell you the same thing they told my wife. Keep us posted.

cpDelhi, As expected, my wife received two fee bills. She called NVC to explain that her husband has GC. They asked her to fax a copy of my fee bill along with a copy of my GC & just pay her fee bill....which she has done. They said it wouldn’t cause any delay in her case....will wait...

Is NVC still sending out reconfirmation letters (asking whether you want to go for AOS or CP) before sending fee receipts? I know they were doing this in the past before sending Pkt3, though not for all applicants I-140 AD (for my wife) : Oct 17.......waiting for fee receipt.
