    My case was approved on 8/23/01, letter received on 8/27/01, PP stamped on 8/28 EB2, PD 12/99, WAC 01-153, RD 3/20/01, ND 4/09/01, EAD and AP received in May and June, FP scheduled 8/17/01, done on 8/07/01 at Phoenix ASC.

    PD 12/99, RD 3/01, RD 4/01, FP scheduled 8/17/01, done 8/07/01, EB2 Per AVM case has been approved and mailed out on 8/23. I am not on the list. Thanks for Ciba and everyone who shared their information. This has been great help.

    Finally got card. CSC

    Approved Aug 23, 2001, PP stamped in Phoenix Aug 28. On Feb 6, AVM changed to "Card ordered". Received from CSC on Feb 11.

    C1, I-94 not submitted when leaving, what impact?

    Hi, My friends got C1 visa for a transfer in US. He just stoped for a couple of hours. But he didn\'t know he should turn in the I-94 card. This hapened quite a long time ago and he just realized it. Can someone tell me what the impact is and how he should do? Thanks!
