Received wife's EAD (as beneficiary) applied on Sept 24th. Mine was on the sameday. Yet to get approved. My lawyer said last week they are processing Aug 4th week at this time. Does anybody has better updated data.

Hi guys, I enquired the INS case status several times in the last three months. Now it says you have been denied access because of too many enquiries. There was no warning and out of the blue came this... Phew...Has it happened before with anybody? What to do now? Any advice is appreciated.

I received Fp notice recently and after the FP was done, my online status changed to "...processing has resumed on your case" after that. What does this mean ? How is it different from "...your case has been assigned" as some people get the status as. THanks as always for the answers.

I recently got the notice for finger printing in San Jose, CA. Do I have to reach the office by the appointed hour or do I have to reach very early (like I have heard people go for stamping so early). I appreciate the help.
