I got laid off more than 180 days after my I-485 notice date. Am I eligible for unemployment insurance? I understand that anyone who works for a public company is eligible. But, does it, in anyway, affect my I-485? I still have a valid H1 visa, but I don't intend to use it anymore. Thanks a lot!
