I-140 Waiting from 03/20/02
My receipt date is July 21st, 2002 Still not approved Mine also not yet approved. Details : EB2/RIR from Michigan Seems like lot of EB2 cases are getting delayed........ Today NSC's Official postings show as processing the cases of 9/26th ????? But mine is still pending since July...- ggr1968
