I am in the same boat as you Singapore. Had the interview late Nov at Newark and did not stamp because of the freeze. Still haven't heard anything. Guess we are a few unlucky ones who got caught in the freeze period.

Re: Ty555 The interview took about 10 or 15 minutes. My case does not need sponsorship and I did not change employer. The officer did not even ask for employement letter or pay stub. No attorney with us I can't think of anything that triggered the transfer. Maybe we missed the...

Re: Old medical record I had the green copy from last medical exam. The doctor sealed my wife's green copy in the envelop before I noticed it so I had to ask the doctor to make a copy out of his (civic surgeon's) copy. We did not bring attorney.

ehuang, What is duplicate of original? Does this mean that your doctor fill out a brand new form for $30, or s/he made a copy of the civic surgeon's copy that s/he kept on file for $30? And can you use your own copy (green sheet)? Thanks.

Case transferred on 10/11/02. The interview is scheduled 3 weeks from today. Now, one of the documents they ask is medical document. Since we did medical in Sept 01, do we need to do medical again? Thanks. RD: 10/18/01 ND: 11/26/01
