    Is it mandantory to file AR11 if the move takes place AFTER GC approval?

    Does anyone know what to do if you move AFTER GC approval? Do we still have to file AR11 or is this only required while I-485 is still pending?

    Rupnet shows four Jan-2002 approvals for LIN?

    It looks as if these cases are independ of each other (not a family). I wonder if the service center will move to process several months concurrently now. Anyhow, it is good to see that these cases were approved (02-085-5xxxx series).

    Question to recent I-485 filers

    On your VSC receipt notice (or 'Notice of Action') does it still say the following? "It usually takes 365 to 540 days from the date of this receipt for us to process this type of case" I was wondering if they increased the time range.
