validity of I-140?
Hi, does anyone know how long an approved I-140 (self-sposored EB1-EA or EB2-NIW category) is valid? If I leave the country for a couple of years, can the currently approved I-140 be used to apply for CP at that time? Any info will be appreciated. - vj8- vj8
