    We received the RFE together. Originally we did send the employment letter. At the end of July everybody got a employment RFE, maybe that is the reason or maybe because they issued an RFE for my wife they also asked for an employment letter

    shrey we also did not receive my wife's RFE. My lawyer called INS and a second one was sent out which reached about 3 weeks after my RFE was received LIN01-257 RD July 26 EB3

    First of all I think your lawyer is charging too much You can download I-765 from the ins website, read the instructions and submit the EAD yourself at the local website or at NSC

    Experts, Pls Advice

    You should apply for EAD so that when the centre processes your application you have more than 90 days from the expiry becuse if they fail to issue it you can get an interim EAD. Some local INS issue it quite fast. Check on this forum whether you should apply at NSC or the local INS...

    No it was not changed globally because my message changed to "I-485 was received on ... it is taking 390-420 days"

    The message for me at the AVM went from "Finger prints were received ... and processing has resumed" to "I-485 was received on Sept 6th and it is taking 390-420 days for approval" Does this mean anything ? RD July 26 ND Sept 06 FP Jan 15 NSC EB3

    :) You can add your wife even after your fingerprinting but obviously before the approval. I know a friend who did that
