Is Infopass helpful I took INFOPASS appointment at Seattle today, and the officer said, since the case is with NSC they do not have access to the information, and they only know the case is pending review. Which center did you take appointment and do they have access to NSC?

It is difficult to understand how DOL works and how case numbers are assigned..case number 0958442 is certified with RD 2/13...

Nope..R u sure it is not 01/27..I know some cases of 02/09, not certified..case number 09578432..a random number I tried.

Good News...I remember the case status was static at State Level for a long time during that time..Perhaps we will see a leap in the coming months :-)

It took almost 8 weeks for me to receive the notification after it moved to Region, the same for my colleagues.

GP111, Where do you get this information from ?. Is there any websites or AVM facility to grab this information. Since Seattle Reion is processed at DOL CA, I am curious.

The dates are not moved yet. Can anyone's Attorney contact DOL for the reason. Unfortunately, I am not.

No Updates on this Monday..may be they decided not to work on 4 day week :-) Do we have any members with Region Received Dates in Oct/Nov/Dec ?. Sometimes they do not keep the dates changing even when only 1 case is pending from October.
