File I485 while I-140 is still pending after RFE
Hi Guys, I planned to file I-485. My I-140 is still pending after receiving RFE from INS. Is it adviceable to file I485 while my I140 is still pending ? What will happend if my I140 got denied (not going to happend - thanx god) ? Please some one help me to answer this question.- cpdmoracle

Does it mean "Denial"?
I140 RFE How long it will take to get the reply ? Anybody answer? On September 20, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 175 and 200 days for us to process this kind of case. However, because preliminary processing was complete...- cpdmoracle
