H1 to H4 and stamping
Thanks jaxen, My question is what are the options I have to reenter this country. If I get H1 stamping in India and come back and if company can not find me a project I will be out of status. If I get H4 stamping will my H1 be invalid(?). So I need to process new H1? Thanks,- cutekt

Hi, I came to USA on H1 thru company A. Then I changed my company and I was laid off. So immediately I got converted to H4. Now again company A has processed my H1 but they do not have any projects and I have not joined the company. My Visa stamp(H1) expired in Jan 2002. If I have to go...- cutekt
