My 140 is from CSC 485 filed in july 2001 NSC. PD Oct 98 No RFE no response. finger prints Dec 2001. Having my fingers crossed. Spoke to IIO yesterday... The case is pending is the reply. May I know the reason I asked. We are not doing 485 processing at this point was her answer.

It takes 2 to 3 months for a file transfer? INS is a big joke. This electronic age with fax, internet and so on it should take a couple of minutes to pass information/documents. My blood pressure is going up everyday. Hopefully I will back to normal when this 485 episode is finally over.
