My friend filed 485 from NSC and he is from Cincy,OH. If he moves to a project in Los Angeles, CA does he have to amend any applications. Will his move cause any problem to his 485 application. He and his wife got AP/EADs. Waiting for FP? Your thoughts and time is appreciated. Thanks

INS has not updated their site on this issue. It is not required As per my attorney the blue signature card is not required. I applied without blue card and got my EAD too. Check with your attorney.

Call VSC and check about your case. Somewhat similar happened to me. Me and my wife applied together for 485/EAD/AP. Both got AP. My wife got EAD. I got RFE for photots for EAD. There was no reason for asking the RFE/Photos. I guess they might have simply lost them. I sent the RFE soon thru...
