    Not sure if I made a mistake by sending INS my husband's original I-20 (with me listed as dependent) to have my status changed from F1->F2. I already got the approval notice and I realized I don't have an I-20 anymore!

    recent company lay offs affect gc?

    My company recently laid off 15%. I am waiting for my company to submit my application for LC. I heard rumors that LC will definitely be rejected when your company is laying off people. But how can anybody get LC approved, every company is laying off people.
