Sillyman Answer to your ques is there in my original post :) AVM is updated but web/online is not. I believe that there are many others in Sept/Oct/Nov ND timeframe who are approved. They just don't know it yet as online/web is not being updated and getting to AVM is a pain in u know...

PCee covered pretty much everything nicely...I just want to reiterate that it is illegal to send approved AP notice to anyone who is out of US. While reentering US on AP, you may be subjected to secondary inspection and they can very easily trace when you left last vis-a-vis when was AP approved...

Given that I-485 Medical Tests are valid for one year, I wonder if all I-485 WAC-01 with RD/ND before ~Nov 2001 will get a RFE asking for a fresh I-693 ?

FYI.......... I was able to speak to an IIO (after holding the line for ~ 30 mins) and he said......this case is still pending...not been assigned yet....when asked, when is it likely to be assigned he said...well, since the I485 JIT shows 10/01 and your ND is 09/24 ...it should be...
