Same as you RD = 09/10/01 Nd = 10/12/01 Ref issue : 12/16/02 for Employmeny Ref received by INs : 12/31/02 No approval yet. I don't know in what sequence INs is workin. Looks like Who got ref after freez (01/25/03) are geting approved and who's ref recieived by INS befor 01/25/03 are not...

This does make sence If you have noticed that there are 6 approval posted from VSC in rupnet, which confirms the breaking news of 'Freez is over'. Let's hope that we will see some movement on NSC.
