I sent email on Nov 4 th and got reply from FBI yesterday. As per email my name check was completed on Jan 17 2005

Got approval in one month Applied on Jan 31 Approved on Mar 1

I called FBI Voice line yesterday, They are not accepting FAX any more... only email. As per VSC.. my name check was initiated on Dec 5 2004, Looks like April 2003 got messed up..............

Intiated enquiry on Nov 15..may be that helped.. not sure ...

Called NSC as per tips and call was transferred to VSC rep... very knowledgeble atleast from her words...not dumb as NSC rep.. As per her words... my security/name check was initiated on Dec5 2004 and takes about 30-45 days to get reply from FBI and then case will be approved. Atleast...

can you pls post your first few digits of case number... my ND is same as yours.... Thx in advance

just now my friend confirmed that his 485 was approved with RD mar 27 2003
