Interview tomorrow
Our interview is also tomorrow. We are bringing all documents with us just in case. Relax and good luck to you all. See you at Newark.

Novice72,
Your message is strange. It's probably a mistake. All local transfers will tell you which local office they transfer to. Like all the cases in this thread, the message will say Newark office. Like one of the people here said, Appeals office is in Washington DC. Transfers...

Jhon Li and give_me_peace,
Does either of your interview letters mention the interview will be taped? We are bringing our attorney to the interview too.

Good luck on 7/23
Interview Letter Received
Just received interview letter from Newark. The interview is scheduled on 7/23. Asked for employment letter, medical, and passport. Is anyone planning on taking the attorney to the interview?

Just got the email from BCIS that my husband's case was transferred to Newark AND Teterboro NJ. The online message is the same as yours. Let's keep each other informed. Good luck!
Two transfer notices received
We received the transfer notices last Friday. The strange thing is that we received two notices. One says the case was transferred to MSC (the same as phone message and online message). The other says the case was transferred to Newark, NJ (We live in north New...
New transfer to Missouri
I just posted this in another similar thread but decided to post again here. My spouse's I-485 was transfered to MSC. The case was filed in December 2004. Has anyone here received anything for the interview? I am not sure if there will really be an interview. But the...
New transfer to Missouri
Hi everyone,
My spouse's I-485 case was transfered to MSC recently. Has anyone here received anything in regard to the interview? Both online and phone message stated that MSC will schedule and conduct interview? Will there actually be an interview or they will just...
I would not recommend it
Unless you have a very good reason to stamp the PP earlier, I would not recommend going any day other then Wednesday. Go as you are scheduled to.
What could be the reason that
your spouse's case was not approved the same time in the first place? My husband's case is still pending. Mine was approved on 11/18/2003 and PP stamped on 11/26/2003.
Per online and voice message, my case was approved yesterday (11/18/2003). Waited long time for the approval. Here is my detail:
RD: 10/2001
ND: 12/2001
FP1: 5/2002
FP2: 10/2003
Good luck to all who are still waiting. Your day will come eventually.
I have to agree with tammy2. This may not have anything to do with the reduction of processing time. Just a matter of the sponsoring employer cannot revoke the I-140 once it is approved and I-485 has been pending over 180 days. Recently, there have been cases in which I-140 was revoked by the...
