guys, NSC have started processing Sept. ,2001 cases ... a friend of mine got approved last week with RD Sept 7, 2001(lin 002-008). Mine is Sept 15, 2001 , hoping to get approval soon but ........................??????

My Rd is 09/15/01 and ND is 10/15/01 . the way NSC's been working for past couple of weeks , I am not expecting my GCS this year.

GCHopeless NSC received the EAD renewal application on 12th Aug , got approved on 30th August. got wife's EAD on 4th or 5th Sept. mine got delayed in the mail and I got it on 13th Sept.

I got my EAD renewal in less than 3 weeks. NSC is taking about a month to approve EAD these days. Hope it helps.

I don't think online status check website gives the latest info. I checked status of my EAD renewal application which was approved on 30th Aug. but it still says I765 form has been received on ............ so folks , don't rely on this info.
