PCee, the friend filed with CSC. but SF office
processes his application ... for example, he
went to SF office for passport stamping. that's
what i meant. i hope this clears things up.
to answer some of the questions..
he is EB2 category i believe. he filed at INS
san francisco office; did his FP near San Jose.
again he is not an age out case.
believe it or not, it's true. my friend is very
pleasantly surprised himself as well.
he's the primary applicant, not age out case.
he is WAC02 case. filed in April 2002. i am not
sure exactly date.
i guess he just got lucky. i sincerely wish
more and more people get this kind of luck.

His case was approved exactly in a year. Guess INS wants to avoid the trouble
of sending rfe and...

what is the difference between RD and ND? i only know the date my lawyer filed 485 and the date they received some kind of receipt from INS.
