Does the applicant need to be under the US Company payroll and they US should state that the employee is still working for them and not the German company?:rolleyes:
Hi, I currently have an H1B visa and have been asked to move to my company's branch in Germany this month and under the German company's payroll.
can my US employer still extend my H1B in 2003 although I would be not physically present in USA and would be working for the company in Germany...
