F1 to H4
Hi all: I am currently on F1 practical training which expeires on Oct 31. When is a safe time to transfer to a H4 (of my spouse's H1) and remain in status. Also is it possible to later transfer to a J1 from an H4. What is the procedure for this Thanks- sb1975
