LUD Changes on 3/18/2005 It seems lot of pending I485 had LUD Change. LUD changed to me and my wife, but not on my kid's.

Hi You / your lawyer might have issued a personal check ( for the I140 fee $135), see if it is encashed from your account. If yes, then you don't have to worry. Simply ask the bank to send the copy of check, you can see your EAC# on the back of check. I think this may help. Thanks

ck510, I have a reference case #, it was recived on 10/03/2003 at DOL got cleared on 10/28/2003. I was thinking it is two three weeks. Did you check it at 212 337 2193 right?

Finally NJ Sesa RIR moved to Nov 2001. AVM updated..

njlabor2001 , I checked my case DOL's AVM using Employer's phone #, it says no records found. If you know the employer's phone #, you can check your status by dialing 212-337-2193 and select option '1' and then '2' and enter your employer's phone #. It may give you status..
