Hi, I looked at immigrationwatch.com and in their recent approval section, there is a LIN# which matches mine, and the date matches my date..and the note says approved. However, my online status still mentions the 2nd FP that they received. Should I be getting excited about approval? Or what...

Had an RFE for I-140 in October, it made everything else stop. the I-140 was approved on Nov 20, and our AP was approved Nov 27, and our EAD's were approved Dec 3. FP was done in early october... so now we wait and wait....

Received FP notice on 09/21/02 for a 10/19/02 date.

FYI Filed AOS, EAD, AP on 8/27/02 Not sure if this helps but we are a EB3, Canadian citizens. RD - 08/28/02 ND - 09/05/02
