I'm travelling to India on next wednesday.Looks like there's no chance of receiving plastic cards by then. Here's my situation: Passports stamped at Philly,INS on Sept 10th. Message changed to "Cards ordered...." on Oct 9th. It's been a month since then, but have not yet received the cards...

Can I still contact my lawyer.... ....& explain him about my case so he could be of some help??? Or can i also contact IIO if i do not receive my cards in another 2 weeks??? Hope it should help right? thanks
