    Anyone filed 485 without employer letter

    Hi guys, I have filed485 without the letter from the employer. Has anyone here done the same. If INS asks for the letter after 180 days would it be ok to give the letter from the new employer(can AC21 be applied here). Thanks forthe help. cc
