    Difference in processing time for EB-1, 2, and 3?

    Can anybody tell mw whether there is difference between the I-485 processing time for EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3? Is it true that it is fastest for EB-1 and slowest for EB-3? Many thanks.

    Urgent!!! Help needed for filing Affidavit of support

    I am filing I-864 for my husband but can not find my copy of 1998 Federal tax returns. Anybody had such experience before? What should I do to solve this problem?     A naive question: can I file I-485 to the local district office?

    Hi, guys, I live in Minneapolis and have my I-140 form (EB-1 outstanding scientists) approved by the Lincoln Service center. Can I file I-485 at the local St. Paul district office or should I file to the service center? Which way will be faster? Thanks for sharing your experience and comments.
