I am also waiting for 140 RFE from Nov 21st I did call INS AVM to check my case couple of time a weeks. My case was originally file in July 20th 2001 and Came to RFE asking my company\'s tax return, capability to pay my salaray and proof of paying the salary from the date applied for...- bandhu01
