My 2nd FP notice came yesterday and My RD is Aug 02 too. It was sent out from local office. Not sure if this means the file is at local office now.

Mine has been transferred as well. So far I have seen people with RD ranged from Mar, 2003 to Sep, 2003 being transferred. They are in different EB catagories too. However, not everybody in NSC has been transferred. Hope we will get more information soon.

Kdm, My notice said the reason was to "speed up" the process. I saw somebody posted on www.immihelp.com that a bunch of files were transferred from NE center to MO center. Don't know the exact reason though. My RD is in August and I got married in Jan. But why to MO instead of local office?

Same Pattern My approvals fell into the same pattern: 140 AD Oct 23 (ND July 25) EAD AD Oct 24 (ND Aug 13) AP AD Oct 25 (ND Aug 13)

140 approved After almost 3 months my 140 is finally approved. RD 7/25 AD 10/23 EB2

They are processing July EB2 now!!! According to the new processing time published at another website, they are processing EB2 with receipt date of 7/1/02. Hope this is true.

Re: Is it normal? Kel_Zhang, Why the RD of your EAD and AP is after ND? Do you mean you have gotten your EAD and AP approval already?

I got my FP within one month too. RD 8/13/02 ND 8/13/02 FP 9/10/02 I filed my I485 when I140 is still pending. Maybe it is the new rule?

EAD for spouse only? Is it Ok to apply EAD for spouse while the main applicant maintains the H1 status?
