One thing that helped...i guess My wife's EAD is about to expired soon.......and i was seeing no light for her EAD to be renewed soon..and we were fearing of loosing her job....even though i submitted it in May 1st week for renewal...........so i raised the concern to an immigration officer...

TSC so inconsistent I caled couple of times to TSC using POJ technique........and each time tell me a different story.......iam fed up with what to believe and what not to bealieve...but sure all the transfer cases seem be stuck .........lets all hope that they start touching our files now.

EAD Mailer its such a joke..............i never had that ead mailer.....so i never appended it along with the docs .....but still i got it approved.so dont worry about that.

i applied it like 4 months before...just in case if it gets delayed...i i thought i can atleast get a interim EAD after 90 days.But mine got approved in a month.

EAD Renewal approved I applied for EAD renewal thru E FILE and my ND was May 15 ,2006.I received email today that my EAD got approved for booth my wife and myself. My pd is feb 2003 and damn the bulleitn,its stuck at Jan 2003 since 2 months. Praying to god to give me more patience.
