Is this rule for LPR with I-551 stamp only? I travelled outside USA many times on AP but never filled such a form !! Would you please explain it more details, please. -----------------------------------------------------------

With I-551 stamp there is no need of I-94 form. Old I-94 was returned at time of stamping. So there would no record of date of departure for such person having I-551 stamp. So how IIO at POE will determined # of days person was out of USA.

I have sent Level II inquiry yesterday. Level I was sent on May 10, but got no response.

Seems your notice date is around Jan 6. We noticed some approval with dats after your dates. You should wait for some more time as official EAD processing dates is Jan 1.

DO not worry about multiple job change. I just change my job 2nd time. There is no limit as long as you are changing the job to same/similar position.
