My brother-in-law is applying for F-1 visa to come to the U.S on a student visa. He needs to show funds and financial background to the visa officer. Would he be better off showing properties in his name or in his dad's name? He is the only one son in his family. Appreciate any help.
Thx
Venkat
My brother-in-law, an Indian citizen, is attending a graduate school in Canada. He now got admission into a graduate program in the U.S. Does he need to go to India to get his F-1 or can he apply it at one of the U.S. Consulates in Canada?
Appreciate any insight.
Thanks.
