Hi My labor got approved under EB2 category just now. My lawyer is advising me that I should apply under EB3 as getting RFE in EB3 is very low. He is saying that EB3 will remain current for a long time. Is he right? I am totally confused. Thanks.:confused:

My wife had her H1 before me. My H1 6 years will be over in Oct\'2004. She converted to H4 after our baby is born. Her 6 year H status (H1+H4) will be over in Feb\'2003. During the conversion of H1 to H4, INS has issued her H4 till Oct\'2003 even though we had asked only till Feb\'2003. Now...
