    No I haven't received any approvals, still waiting ..... My ND is Septemer 02 not '01. And they are just processing Jan 02.

    EB1/I-140 applied in Dec 2001 and still pending!!

    Hi, My receipt date for I-140 was Dec 6, 2001 and it seems it is still pending. I have seen I-140 from MArch getting approved on this site. Is there anyone else in similar situation? Or can anyone comment on this? Thanks
