Appending! Howdy sxpat, I have waited for almost 150 days, not approved yet. Called my attorney yesterday, pushed her to send a request to INS, but she told me she could not call INS directly, she has to follow company's procedures, I don't know what it is. This sounds ridiculous.

Hi KM-MP, When your lawyer talked with you for filing 485, does he/she tell you to contact Dr. for medical examination? I called my lawyer this morning, she told me I need to set an appointment with a Dr. for medical exam before filing my 485.
