Congrats!! I have pretty much gone through the same .. I have RFE issued on Dec 18, respose received Dec 28, I was approved on Jan 23

this is not true mine was Mar'02 case, got a rfe in dec'03, replied on jan , was approved 15 days after rfe recvd. totally random I believe..

See , How Thanking works you expressed your thankful and by all of our preyer , you got RFE ... not that we prayed a RFE for you.. we requested approval but it is coming , you are on right track. Just reply the rfe ASAP , you should be approved soon.. if you reply timely..

Thanks .. everybody... they asked for last 2 pay stub but I did send 4 stub.. my salary on the paystub was almost double then filed in labor..

Becareful while preying that received date is the local/regional service center gets your file.. so if your case gets transfer today , you are already jan'03-nov'02= 13 month of minimum official waiting.. :D :D :D :D :D :D

My recommendation would be to prepare your paper for EAD renewal and when you reply rfe, send ead renewal next day or together with rfe reply.. so that it can trigger your rfe processing ie. approval but watch out 90 days intrim EAD timeline for EAD... Goodluck..

He got second FP in Octobor so his FP wasn't expiring

My rfe was for medical form employement letter and last 2 pay stub, replied , now waiting..

if anybody copy of rfe notice from their lawyer , it clearly says after we receive the rfe , it should take minimum 14 and max 60 days to make a decision, if you don't hear in that time frame . call NSC..

can we know, when was the rfe issued some people say , if rfe is received within 30 days of issue date.. your file gets picked up quickly other wise it goes back into queue or take longer time..

answer is just no sorry, its without any logic.. that's INS..

venky, you mentioned birth certificate for self and spouse, did you receive just for primary or spouse as well..
