\'limited review cases in federal DOL\'
limited review Mine was sent to the Denver office for "limited review" - they decided they didn\'t have the any expertise in that job category and sent it to Dallas DOL in Aug 2001. Since then have not heard a thing although lawyer says they are only 6 months behind not Jan 2000!- Lor

Limited review Sorry to burst your bubble - but my limited review case was forwarded to Texas DOL. Filed originally in Denver (05/01) sent to Dallas 11/01 - so far have heard nothing.
