    PDs after Jan2002 for EB3 There are several people in the spread sheet in EB3 category with Priority Dates after Jan 1st 2002. Are all the folks from backlogged countries like China, India, Philipines etc?

    FP2 is here Rsur, When you posted a message on Nov'5 after running the script, did you find FP sent message for your case? I am wondering about this because you did not mention anything about FP2 one day before and then you got the FP2 notice the next day. Are they updating the case status...

    HappyVoda, Do you mean to say labor cases filed before December'31 2002? Because the priority is determined by the labor filing date? The I-485 could be filed in 2003 as well or for that matter in 2004 too.

    We exactly can't say how INS would treat this situation. But there is an instance of one of my colleagues whose I485 petition was denied because he was promoted to a new poistion. The company lawyers have appealed and a decision is pending for the last 11 months. I don't like to discourage you...
